UK
Any number of 45's
up to a value of £75 is a set rate of £2.50 and will be sent by Royal Mail Recorded
Delivery Service
If the value of the 45's exceed £75 the
postage automatically reverts to £7 and will be sent by Royal Mail Special Guaranteed
Delivery Service
Europe
Any number of 45's
up to a value of £75 is a set rate of £5 and
will be sent by Royal Mail Air Mail (small packet)
Service with 'Proof Of Postage'. If the value of the
45's exceed £75 they will have to be sent insured by
the Royal Mail 'Airsure' or 'International Signed
For' (dependent on country) Air Mail (small packet)
Service at a cost of £12
Rest of the World
Any number of 45's up to a value of £75 is a
set rate of £6 and will be sent by Royal Mail Air
Mail (small packet) Service with 'Proof Of Postage'.
If the value of the 45's exceed £75 they will have
to be sent insured by the Royal Mail 'Airsure' or
'International Signed For' (dependent on country)
Air Mail (small packet) Service at a cost of
£14
***Important
note for Overseas Customers - Until we sort out our
PayPal Checkout Service, you will have to pay the
difference between the automated postage payment and
the new figures above separately. We will send you a
PayPal 'Request for Payment' soon after completing
your checkout for the difference. This DOES NOT
affect our UK customers and comes in due to the
excessive rise in Overseas postage rates in April
2013***
Postage for LP's, 12"s & CD's will be quoted
separately!
Record Condition
Here's a guide to the range of conditions that we
use to describe our 45's for sale.
M =
Mint/Unplayed
(10/10) - An 'as new' unplayed record! We aren't going to use this too often
even though many 45's on the site are old stock copies that haven't been played
before!
Ex = Excellent
(9/10) Vinyl very very clean, may have the odd teeny mark. Label also excellent
condition but may have the odd mark or the odd bit of writing or the odd small
tear but these will be noted!
VG++
= (8/10) Vinyl may have light surface marks &/or light scratches. Should play well with minimal
surface noise or with the odd pop or two! The label may be marked or have
writing on it or may have small tears but these will be noted!
VG+
= (7/10) Used, but not abused. Vinyl will have surface marks &/or light
scratches. Should play well with minimal
surface noise or with the odd pop or two! The label may be marked or have
writing on it or may have small tears but these will be noted!
We
won’t be listing
anything less than VG+ unless it's extremely rare!
Trades
As collectors ourselves we usually sell records
to allow us to buy even more records for ourselves to satisfy our own vinyl addiction!
Trading is a great way to feed the
addiction for you too! Therefore if you fancy some of the records we have on offer and you
have a priced list of 45's you'd like to trade please email your list to

Note - We will consider any quantities in trade,
however, we only want Northern Soul, 70's
Modern Soul & Crossover Soul 45's.

We think we our offering quality
records at quality prices and these prices are more often than not cheaper than any other site
out there!

How to buy!
Paying by PayPal
Click the 'PayPal - Add To Basket' button
next to the 45 you want to buy and you are automatically taken to
your 'PayPal Shopping Cart' To pay for
your 45 simply click the 'Proceed
To Checkout' button!
You can add as many 45's into your 'PayPal Shopping Cart'
as you wish. PayPal remembers what is in your Cart so you can
close the window at any time and continue browsing. The next time
you click the 'PayPal - Add To Basket'
button whatever you previously ordered will still be in there. Once
you are ready to pay simply click the 'Proceed
To Checkout' button!
You can also
see what's in your 'PayPal Shopping Cart' at any time by clicking the
'View Cart' button.
Records that are sold will have a
SOLD button in place of the
'PayPal - Add To Basket' button!
Please note that we do not add anything extra
on for paying by PayPal!
Paying by Cheque
If you want to pay by cheque, please
email the name of the record(s) you want to buy to
sales@soulmusic.co.uk.
We will reserve the 45 for you and let you
know by return the total amount due.
